CHYP compiled information from the websites of 50 of the state’s 114 California Community College campuses, all 23 California State University campuses, and all 9 University of California campuses. With the aim of empowering undergraduate students experiencing basic needs insecurity, the report identifies specific contacts for basic needs centers, links to application forms, and other emergency resources. The report also highlights specific resources available to former or current foster youth.
