Colleges will share their efforts to develop creative solutions to meet the needs of mental health awareness and services available to students. Participants will hear about these model programs, services, strategies, and tools that they could replicate at their college. Hear first-hand how Cuesta College formalized a relationship with CSU Cal Poly and their psychology student to provide mental health services at no cost. MiraCosta College will share how their participation in monthly Suicide Prevention Council Higher Education Subcommittee Meetings improved collaborative efforts across the county.
